A French Wrought Iron Chandelier

A fine, early 20th century French finely wrought iron chandelier of eight external lights attached to a central, circular body decorated with a fretted 'S' scroll-pattern. Each of the arms is decorated in the shape of scrolls holding double-sconces. During restorations, this chandelier will be fitted with tall white candle sleeves. Retaining its original solid steel solid chains and its ceiling cup. Note the wonderful blacksmithing work, with hand-made rivets and metal ties. Area of Paris, circa 1900.
Condition report: Complete and in excellent condition, requiring to be re-wired to Australian safety standards.
Dimensions: Diameter 75 cm, height 105 cm plus any required length of hanging-chain.
